CHRIST is our FOUNDATION
1 Corinthians 3:10–11
By the Grace GOD has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder now others are building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is JESUS CHRIST.”
Any building is only secure when its built on a solid FOUNDATION & for us the foundation is CHRIST. What we build our lives on is the work our SAVIOR has done for us, which we could never do for ourselves. Live a life totally dedicated to GOD, one based on service to others & when the time came HE laid HIS life down so we could be covered by the BLOOD of HIS sacrifice. The foundation we build on is JESUS CHRIST, HE is our base our reason for living a useful life. As we build our lives they must fit into the pattern templating HIS life. We must ask ourselves are we building on the only real foundation or are we building on a flawed foundation built on this worlds values? Wealth, security, power, success, lust the list is endless. Build your life on CHRIST.
